Thank you so much for supporting Katherine's Cookies! Because many of our items are made to order and/or digital; we have the following return and refund policy:

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. 

Due to the nature of our products (including made-to-order items and items used for food/craft products), all sales are final once an order has been placed.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for:

-change of mind

-ordering the wrong item/size

-no longer needing the item

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

-your order number

-clear photos of the item(s)

-clear photos of the packaging (if damaged)

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Digital Products

All digital products (including STL files and downloadable designs) are non-refundable. 

Due to the nature of digital files, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

If you have trouble accessing your files, please reach out and we're happy to help.

Shipping Issues / Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

We are not responsible for:

-orders marked as delivered but not received

-delays by the shipping carrier

-incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, a new shipping fee may be required to resend it.
