Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking.
Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but missing or stolen.
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier for assistance.
